Digital Animation/ Projection on Silk Screen
Perspectives is a series of installations that explores the intricate dynamics between non-privileged and privileged viewpoints. By merging ephemerality of animations with the materiality of silkscreen fabric, each work creates layered, captivating experiences that evoke the viewers to immerse themselves into the complexities. The bird, recurring throughout all of my works, serves as a metaphor for marginalized voices.
Perspectives I begins the series with a folded installation that distorts and reframes the projected image, revealing the uneven terrain between dominant and marginalized viewpoints.
