Digital Animation/ Projection on Silk Screen
Perspectives is a series of installations that explores the intricate dynamics between non-privileged and privileged viewpoints. By merging ephemerality of animations with the materiality of silkscreen fabric, each work creates layered, captivating experiences that evoke the viewers to immerse themselves into the complexities. The bird, recurring throughout all of my works, serves as a metaphor for marginalized voices.
Perspectives II, the second installation in the series, expands this exploration through a two-way projection system that allows images to intersect, collide, and merge across surfaces. This bidirectional interplay creates shifting vantage points of clarity and distortion that mirror the fragile balance between dominant and marginalized narratives.
